MY WHY
Enlightened Growth is more than a business—it's a reflection of my own journey of healing and transformation.
For years, I felt disconnected from myself, overwhelmed by life’s challenges, and unsure of how to move forward. I longed for clarity, peace, and a sense of purpose but didn’t know where to start.
Everything began to change when I turned inward. Through journaling, self-reflection, and the support of spiritual practices like oracle cards and mindfulness, I began to heal. I uncovered parts of myself I had buried, learned how to love myself deeply, and found the courage to step into a life that truly aligned with who I am.
That journey sparked a passion within me to help others do the same. I know how it feels to struggle, but I also know how empowering it is to rise. Now, through Enlightened Growth, I’m here to support you in creating your own transformation—whether it’s through 1-on-1 coaching, journaling tools, or holistic practices that help you reconnect with your inner light.

That’s when I discovered essential oils, and everything started to change. What began as an innocent curiosity quickly turned into a life-altering passion. These tiny bottles of nature’s wisdom weren’t just pleasant scents; they became my allies. They helped me release emotional baggage, support my physical health, and create a home that felt safe and nourishing—free from the toxic load I once carried.
Over time, I found myself reaching for oils instead of traditional medicine.
