ME! My name is Leegan, here's the basics - I'm 24 from Coventry. I have a beautiful little boy called Forrest.
I love all things beauty, spirituality and psychology, that's how I've ended up here.

MY WHY
I want to help people begin or progress on their journey of healing, growth and self love by sharing my knowledge and personal experiences to LEVEL UP their life.
I've suffered from insecurities and mental health (anxiety being the biggest pain) throughout my life, since turning to holistic practices such as journaling, starting to understand the way the brain works and nurturing the relationship I have with myself, I've been able to achieve more than I ever thought was possible. I've broken barriers, overcome fear and limiting beliefs.
Now I want to help you do the same!

I find joy in helping others, I truly feel it is my souls calling to guide you on your journey back to enlightenment - By enlightenment I mean the journey of remembering yourself, your worth and your why. Falling back in love with life, yourself and those around you. Reaching a state of peace, contentment, joy.
All through self discovery and self love.
THE VISION

Since doing beauty, working with a large amount of people daily really opened my eyes to how much we struggle as a society and even more shockingly how it's deemed as 'normal'. It is not normal to be in a constant state of fight or flight. It is not normal to be riddled with anxiety and insecurities. It is not normal to wake up and have your days filled with struggle, lacking in love. We can go through bad periods in our life, yes. But life is not bad, life is not pain, misery, lack. I am here to change that. Life is abundant, joyful, perfect.
It's my aim to help as many people as possible wake up feeling capable and worthy, even on their bad days. To help people unlock their full potential, be authentically happy and love themselves whole heartedly. To help them reconnect with the magic all around.

I will create a supporting sisterhood for all so no body feels alone, whilst being the friend people need to help them feel empowered and to push them in the right direction. All whilst learning the skills to help themselves!
